Welcome to Hawthorne Meadows!
About Hawthorne Meadows
Hawthorne Meadows is a beautiful community of 135 single-family homes situated in Miami Township, Clermont County, Ohio.  We are a sidewalk neighborhood where it is common to see families out in the evening taking long walks with their children or pets.  In addition to an abundance of green space, community trails, creeks and a pond, our residents enjoy a host of shopping, entertainment, fitness facilities and restaurants with close proximity to I-275.
For those looking for outdoor activity, Hawthorne Meadows has a walking path that connects us directly to Miami Meadows, the crown jewel of the Miami Township's park system. The park offers soccer, football and baseball fields, walking trails, playground area and picnic shelters, a beautiful lake for fishing (catch and release only), basketball courts, and a skate park.
Hawthorne Meadows is just minutes from the Loveland Bike Trail which provides miles of level paved surface for biking, skating, running or walking. We are also conveniently located to the Ohio and Little Miami rivers, numerous State Parks, Paul Brown Stadium (home of the Cincinnati Bengals), the Great American Ballpark (home of the Cincinnati Reds) and just minutes from King's Island, The Beach Water Park and several world-class golf courses.
Hawthorne Meadows is a neighborhood with a strong sense of community. We are proud to be a part of the Milford Exempted Village school system, rated as one of the best schools in the state.

Promote your Services or Business

A couple of new features have been added to our community website that will allow our residents to promote their child care, pet sitting, lawn mowing services, or other businesses.  All Hawthorne Meadows Residents are welcome to submit their business information to be added to the directory!  These sections are accessible only to residents who have registered on the website.
Also newly added is a community lost and found.  Many times toys are left in a neighbors yard, pets get loose, etc.  This is a great way to get the word out if you've lost, or found, something!
These new additions are a great way to connect our Hawthorne Meadows community, and we hope they will be helpful to our residents!
Home Improvements

Summertime brings summer outdoor projects. Part of your outdoor project planning should include the submission of a home improvement application.  Many permanent changes to the exterior of your home require approval by the HOA board before they are started. This includes decks, patios, sheds, in-ground pools, etc. If there is a question about whether approval is needed, contact Towne Properties, or go ahead and submit an application for review.  Applications can be found on the Improvement Info tab of this website. The HOA board makes every attempt to consider all applications as quickly as possible.  Have a fun and safe summer!

Street Parking Regulations

Per the Fall 2016 edition of Inside Miami Township, the Miami Township Board of Trustees adopted regulations that will govern the parking of vehicles and other items on public rights of way.  "Some components of the parking restrictions will include limiting parking on the non-fire hydrant side of a street on any street that is less than twenty-four (24) feet wide."  "Additionally, parking will be prohibited on cul-de-sac portions of streets and semitrailers and moving vans will only be permitted to park on Township streets for the purposes of loading and unloading."  These regulations are for the safety of the residents and others traveling on our public streets and to allow reasonable clearance and access by fire trucks and ambulances.
